Many patients find it helpful to speak to someone who has recovered from cancer. Memorial Sloan-Kettering has established a program through which former patients who are now well are available to meet with patients who are still in treatment. Often, you can arrange to be visited by someone whose diagnosis closely matches your own.

For Memorial Sloan-Kettering Patients

To contact a patient-to-patient volunteer, please speak with your social worker or call volunteer resources at 212-639-5007.
